BYLOW is pre-launch and is not currently selling products or operating a marketplace. Submitting an application or enquiry does not create an agreement, an offer, or any guarantee of access.

• — Who may apply for access and on what basis applications are assessed.
• — Acceptable use of the BYLOW site and, in future, the platform.
• — Ownership of BYLOW brand assets and site content.
• — The commercial terms that will apply to Creators and Brands at launch.
• — Liability, termination and the governing framework.
